New leader? Need Cub Leader Training? You will need to go ONLINE and take the following:
"This is Scouting"
"Youth Protection" and 
 "Fast Start" for your position,

then register for the Position Specific Training for your new position. You will need to print out the "Training Handouts" for your position from the TAB on the left. The training schedule is on the "TRAINING PAGE" and the tab at the bottom center of EVERY SCREEN. 

ONLINE vs IN PERSON for Leader Specific - reports back from Leaders who have done both say that the IN PERSON answers FAR MORE questions and better prepared them for the job!
