Health and Safety Volunteers work with the Camp La-No-Che Staff and volunteers to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for Cub Scouts, Scouts, or Ventures during various events at camp.
To volunteer with the Health and Safety Staff you must meet the following standards:
Must be a responsible adult holding current certification or a valid license for one of the following (A current copy of which must be on file in the camp office):
- Licensed Physician
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Nurse (RN, LPN, or LVN)
- Licensed Physician’s Assistant
- Medical Student (has completed second year or more at a qualified medical school in the United States.)
- Paramedic
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
- Military corpsman or medic
Must also have a current certification in CPR by a recognized community agency.
